REQUEST FOR QUOTATION(RFQ) FOR: KANGNAS WIND FARM(RF) (PTY) LIMITED
TO CHANGE 6 M POLE SOLAR LIGHTS INTO 4M HINGED POLES , SUPPLY AND INSTALL 4 OF 4METRES POLES WITH 400W SOLAR LIGHTS AT THE GUARDHOUSE OF KANGNAS WIND FARM LOCATED 50KM FROM SPRINGBOK, NORTHERN CAPE
Intention to Provide Services:
Kangnas Wind Farm invites all suitably qualified service providers to submit an RFQ for the works stated in the cover sheet. A compulsory site clarification meeting will be held 03 July 2023. A list of required documents to be fulfilled is listed below.
The works requirement for the contractor shall be TO CHANGE 6 M POLE SOLAR LIGHTS INTO HINGED POLES, SUPPLY AND INSTALL 4 BY 4M POLES WITH 400W SOLAR LIGHTS at Kangnas Wind Farm, located 50km East of Springbok, Off N14, Northern Cape.
RFQ’s will only be accepted if they are received by COB 7th July 2023 via email only to Nomfusi.Mbiko@mainstreamrp.com and Brenda.Sidaki@mainstreamrp.com
Required Documentation:
- Company Registration documents
- Valid BBBEE certificate/Affidavit
- Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate
- Proof of Banking
- Director’s certified ID copies
- Women Owned enterprises are encouraged to participate
- SME’s and newly formed companies should not be discouraged to request information
- Safety file will be required once the quotations are accepted.
